Websites with appointment booking
I build fast, hand-written websites for small businesses — with online
appointment booking wired in and search optimization handled from day one.
Based in Richmond, Virginia, working with clients anywhere.
I am a working software engineer, not an agency. That means the person who
scopes your site is the person who writes it, and you end up with plain HTML
and CSS you own outright — no page builder, no monthly platform fee, nothing
that quietly stops working when a subscription lapses. Sites I build load in
well under a second, which matters both to customers on a phone in a parking
lot and to Google, which measures it.
What's included
The website
Mobile-first, accessible, and fast. Written by hand so there is no
template bloat slowing the page down or diluting what search engines
read.
Appointment booking
Booking embedded directly in the page, connected to your real calendar,
with confirmations, reminders, buffers, and intake questions configured
for how you actually work.
Local SEO
Google Business Profile setup, LocalBusiness structured data, consistent
name-address-phone details, and location-relevant content so you turn up
in the map pack.
Global & technical SEO
Sitemaps, canonical tags, Open Graph previews, Core Web Vitals, and
structured content that AI search engines can quote when someone asks
them for a business like yours.

Book a call
Twenty minutes, no charge. Tell me what your business does and how customers
reach you now, and I will tell you plainly whether a new site is worth it or
whether you would be better served by fixing what you already have.
Common questions
- How much does a small business website cost?
-
Prices vary based on requirements starting at $999 for most single-page business sites with booking capabilities.
Ther are no monthly platform fees. Multi-page sites and
ongoing SEO work are quoted separately. You get a fixed number before any
work starts.
- How long does it take to build?
-
A focused single-page site with booking typically takes one to two weeks
from first call to launch. The slow part is usually gathering your photos,
copy, and service details — the build itself is fast.
- Who owns the domain and the website files?
-
You do. The domain is registered in your name on your account, and the site
is plain HTML and CSS handed to you in a repository you control. There is
no proprietary platform to get locked into and nothing stops working if we
part ways.
- Do I need a Google Business Profile?
-
If customers can visit you or you serve a defined area, yes — it is the
single highest-leverage local SEO asset, and it is free. Setup and
optimization is included in the local SEO work: categories, service areas,
hours, photos, and matching schema on your site.
- Can appointment booking connect to my existing calendar?
-
Yes. Booking connects to Google Calendar, Outlook, or iCloud so your real
availability drives what customers can book. Confirmations, reminders,
buffers between appointments, and intake questions are all configured as
part of the setup.
- Do you work with clients outside Richmond, Virginia?
-
Yes. Richmond-area clients can meet in person, and everything else is done
remotely over email and video calls. The work is identical either way.
